Initiative, a Mediabrands agency, seeks a Director, Client Operations – Enterprise Orchestration to lead multi-phase transformation initiatives for a major pharmaceutical client. You will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate workstreams, engage SMEs, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years in enterprise program management, deep MarTech knowledge, and strong communication & stakeholder management in a matrix

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project or program management experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen around marketing technology ecosystems (eg. CDP, Salesforce, CM360, Adobe, Data Cloud)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront, Jira)
• Experience working with business leaders, technical teams, and external consultants.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
