Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, career development, talent management, workforce development, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Experience shaping and implementing enterprise or large-scale career development, skills, mobility, or talent solutions in a complex organization.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional work across HR and business teams without relying solely on direct authority.
• Experience developing strategy, roadmaps, governance, and measures for portfolios with significant complexity, change, and enterprise visibility.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary learning, skills, talent marketplace, career architecture, workforce planning, and employee experience practices.
• Experience using learning technology, talent technology, analytics, and insights to improve experiences and workforce outcomes.
