Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director, University Talent Program Leader to set the vision and lead execution of Fidelity’s enterprise early talent strategy, including the FIDTERN internship program.

You will attract, engage, and convert early career talent at scale, directly influencing our future workforce and partnering across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Marketing and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead Fidelity’s university talent strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead the design and execution of the FIDTERN program to deliver a scalable, high-quality intern experience.
• Own the intern-to-full-time conversion strategy and build a strong early-career talent pipeline.
• Manage and grow a high-performance team, setting clear goals and developing capability.
• Influence senior leaders and guide hiring and investment decisions across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and finance.
