Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Director, Executive Talent Management to lead talent strategies across Enterprise and Brokerage leadership. You will partner with the Head of Brokerage Talent and Learning and HR partners to build a robust leadership bench and successor readiness for SLT/ELT levels.

The role requires aligning talent initiatives with business goals, driving cross-organizational programs, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to influence across the organization.
• Link Talent priorities to key business initiatives with strong business acumen.
• Change agent for organizational transformation efforts.
• Excellent presentation, speaking and written communication skills.
• Develop and use actionable metrics to drive business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred in related fields.
• 7–10 years of progressive Talent experience across OD, consulting, learning, leadership development, succession, PM and change management.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of Enterprise and Brokerage Executive Talent Strategies (ETR, SLT Talent Forums, etc.).
• Lead talent planning to create deeper pools for development and future leaders in Fidelity Brokerage.
• Collaborate with Enterprise teams to design and implement talent initiatives and programs.
• Partner with HR Leaders to align talent priorities with business needs.
