Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Development to design and execute a comprehensive, enterprise-wide learning ecosystem aligned with our mission. You will lead curriculum design, leadership development, and succession planning while partnering with HR leadership to embed a culture of continuous learning.

You will manage the LMS, drive learning technology choices, and oversee a resilient talent development team.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodology, and curriculum development.
Proven experience designing and leading leadership development programs and succession planning processes at the enterprise level.
Experience managing an LMS and leveraging learning technology to scale training programs.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from entry-level employees to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive, multi-year talent development strategy aligned with ADF’s mission, values, and objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor to the VP of HR and senior leadership on workforce capability and learning culture.
Establish KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure ROI of learning initiatives.
Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of training programs across modalities.
