Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Applications to lead SAP ERP, HRIS, and related systems. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain in a remote-capable role.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, manage CapEx/OpEx budgets, and ensure SOX/GxP compliance while guiding modernization across a biotech landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep SAP ERP expertise across FI/CO, MM, SD, or HR/HCM.
• Experience with SAP Concur and HRIS platforms.
• Strong vendor management and regulatory knowledge (SOX, GxP).

Aufgaben

• Define and drive a multi-year enterprise applications roadmap.
• Lead SAP ERP lifecycle, integration with SCM, QA and commercial.
• Oversee HRIS, Concur, and procurement platforms.
• Ensure SOX/GxP compliance and data security.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
