• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT with 14 years of direct work experience.
• 12+ years of progressive IT operations or enterprise systems management.
• Proven leadership experience managing global application teams.
• Expertise in SAP ECC and HANA with SOX/compliance exposure.
• Governance, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global application development and operations.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, supplier relationships, and SLAs.
