Job summary

0750 Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking a visionary Director of Enterprise Applications to lead SAP ERP, HRIS, expense tools, and other core systems across the Stemline Oncology business. You will bridge business strategy and technology, ensuring SOX/GxP compliance and scalable operations from clinical development through commercialization.

Reporting to the VP of IT/CIO, you will own ERP roadmap, manage budgets, oversee integration standards, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience; at least 5 in senior leadership managing enterprise apps.
• Deep SAP ERP expertise (ECC or S/4HANA) in FI/CO/MM/SD or HR.
• Proven SAP Concur ownership with finance integration.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations (Workday/SuccessFactors).
• System integrations, middleware, API-driven architectures (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Integration Suite).
• Delivery of large-scale ERP programs in regulated industry.
• SOX ITGC compliance, change controls, IT audit support.
• Executive communication and business partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year enterprise app roadmap aligned with scaling objectives.
• Partner with Stemline Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee ERP lifecycle and optimization with SAP COE.
• Manage HRIS, SAP Concur, and procurement platforms.
• Champion modern integration standards for data flows.
• Collaborate with BI teams for reporting and analytics.
