Job summary
Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, deployment, and ongoing support of the company’s core software platforms, including SAP ERP and SAP Concur, spanning Finance, HR, and procurement functions.
The role reports to the CIO and combines strategic leadership with hands-on implementation, ensuring SOX/GxP compliance and secure, scalable operations across the Stemline organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing enterprise applications.
- Deep hands-on SAP ERP experience in FI/CO, MM, SD, or HR/HCM.
- Ownership of SAP Concur/TE platforms and finance integration.
- HRIS implementations (Workday/SuccessFactors) knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year roadmap for enterprise applications aligned with scaling goals.
- Partner with Stemline Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain executives to deliver scalable tech.
- Oversee budgets (CapEx/OpEx) for Enterprise Applications.
- Own SAP ERP optimization and lifecycle management for Stemline; ensure integration with key business functions.
- Champion data analytics and robust reporting across enterprise systems.
