MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, governance, and evolution of its enterprise app portfolio.

You will partner with IT leadership and business teams to define roadmaps, standards, and change processes, ensuring secure, scalable systems that drive business value. This hands-on leader will oversee Workday and other core platforms, build high-performing teams, manage budgets, and steer AI governance and transformation initiatives across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
10+ years of enterprise applications leadership and management experience.
Proven experience leading Workday across multiple functional areas.
Experience with ERP/HCM implementations and integrations.
Strong governance, budgeting, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise application strategy, roadmaps, and multi-year capability plans aligned with business goals.
Lead the Enterprise Applications team, setting priorities and driving a culture of innovation and accountability.
Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions and drive adoption.
Define and maintain governance, architecture standards, release management, and change control.
Provide leadership for Workday and other core platforms, including security, integrations, data quality, and reporting.
Lead AI governance, evaluation, and responsible use to ensure security and business value.
Oversee enterprise project initiatives from planning through stabilization and ensure alignment with objectives.
Manage operating and project budgets, and establish service levels and metrics.
