Job summary

The High Companies is seeking a Director of Enterprise AI to lead our enterprise AI program, shaping the AI vision and governance across the organization. You will collaborate with IT, data, legal, cyber security, and external vendors to deliver AI initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, customer outcomes, and risk controls.

You will establish Responsible AI guardrails and governance, enabling safe scaling of AI while fostering innovation across business units and shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business administration, STEM, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive business experience, ideally in business management, digital/technology management, or transformation roles.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and enterprise-wide programs/initiatives in complex environments.
• 2+ years of experience applying AI (including generative AI) within an information-intensive industry or digitally advanced enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience fostering enterprise change and leading technology-led transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, data, legal, cyber security, and external vendors to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that improve productivity, quality, customer outcomes, risk controls, and financial performance.
