Dexter Technologies Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Applications to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise applications ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms.

The role drives AI-enabled capabilities, data-driven decision making, and integration across acquisitions. The Director will partner with business and IT leadership to enable transformation, scalability, and long-term growth while managing a cross-functional team of enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years IT leadership experience.
5+ years managing enterprise applications teams.
Experience leading ERP/CRM/HCM implementations.
Experience with M&A integration and multi-entity environments.
Strong data-driven decision making and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise applications strategy, execution, and optimization including ERP, CRM, HCM, and analytics.
Define and drive integration architecture across enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Oversee development of custom applications and internal tools.
Lead analytics, data engineering, reporting, and BI functions.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and vendor performance.
