Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise applications in the high-tech industry.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, developing and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially IFS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize MPS business systems including IFS/ERP and CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead new ERP system evaluation and implementation projects.
