Job summary

Procore is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications Architect to lead the strategic technical direction of the corporate back-office ecosystem across Finance, HR, and Legal. You will align business strategies with enterprise architecture and drive end-to-end workflow automation, including AI-enabled integrations and scalable cross-platform solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technical experience in enterprise applications engineering.
Deep experience with core back-office systems and architecture.
Hands-on design, implementation, and governance of integrations.
Experience building complex workflows with iPaaS platforms.
SOX ITGCs and SoD knowledge for audit-readiness.
Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations in enterprise apps.
Strong collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

Architect the Back Office across multiple ERP and legal systems for scalable data flows.
Design, code, and deploy reusable integrations using Workato or similar tools.
Lead AI-driven automation to reduce manual bottlenecks and strengthen controls.
Translate business capabilities into technical requirements and end-to-end designs.
Streamline data lifecycle across GTM, Hire-to-Retire, and financial systems.
Mentor analysts and engineers in clean architecture and best practices.
