Bradley University is seeking a strategic, technology-focused Director of Enrollment Technology and Operations to lead the technology, data, systems, and operational infrastructure supporting undergraduate, transfer, graduate, international, and online enrollment.

The role centers on Technolutions Slate management, integrations with university systems, and continuous process improvement to enhance student and staff experiences across the enrollment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in enrollment management, higher education technology, or related area.
• Experience administering a CRM or enterprise system (Slate preferred).
• Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, APIs, or web technologies.
• Experience leading staff, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enrollment technology and data infrastructure.
• Lead Slate CRM administration, development, and integrations.
• Oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics for enrollment.
• Ensure secure, reliable, integrated enrollment systems and reporting.
• Develop and execute operational processes for recruitment and enrollment.
• Lead and develop Enrollment Technology and Operations staff.
