Wheaton College in Norton, MA seeks a Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems to lead Banner systems and related data integrations for the Student Financial Services division.
The role partners with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Business Office to translate business needs into reliable data solutions and reporting that drive informed decisions across the institution.

As a member of the Enrollment Management Division, the Director ofEnrollment Management Information Systems is the primary manager ofBanner systems that specifically support the Office of StudentFinancial Services and coordinates key data migration systemswithin Enrollment Management, and in support of related needsoutside of the division. This role reports directly to theAssociate Vice President of Enrollment and partners directly withstakeholders across Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, BusinessOffice, and other business areas to translate business needs intoreliable, well-architected data integrations and reportingsolutions that support tactical and strategic decision-makingacross the institution. Specific expertise in Banner is required,with experience with or the ability to become knowledge with theSlate CRM and the Axiom data integration systems.

When determining and establishing hiring rates or recruitmentranges for a position, the College considers a number of factorsincluding the budget for the position, the range of the grade, theexternal market for the position or similar positions, level andscope of responsibilities, required education, skills and relevantexperience as well as internal equity. All salary offers must havethe prior approval of the Office of Human Resources.
The anticipated hiring or recruitment range for this position is $100-100K. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with the qualifications, education and experience of the candidate hired.
