Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC is seeking a seasoned BD leader (Director/Sr. Director/VP) to drive growth in Louisiana and surrounding states.

The role focuses on developing and executing the business development vision, expanding client relationships, and guiding strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability. You will lead a BD department, craft and deliver persuasive proposals, evaluate financial feasibility, and oversee pricing strategies for major engineering projects across

Qualifications

Fifteen (15)+ years’ experience in the industry or related fields.
Proven track record of generating own sales opportunities.
Experience with chemicals/refining, power, data centers/advanced facilities, metals or energy markets preferred.
Willing to travel in Louisiana; some national & international travel; office presence in Baton Rouge.

Responsibilities

Design and implement business development strategies, including new markets, alliance clients and large projects.
Lead and organize the business development department; develop marketing and sales plans.
Contribute to pricing strategies, bid development and risk assessments for large-scale projects.
Review contracts and note exceptions for client or internal review.
Develop strategic direction with Senior Leadership and mentor direct reports.
Maintain client relationships and represent TCE USA at industry events and conferences.
