Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC seeks a Business Development Manager based in Ohio to drive new revenue in the Chemicals, Power, and Data Center sectors. You will build and maintain relationships with key clients, develop strategies, and lead proposal efforts from pre-bid through signature.

You will collaborate with marketing, technical service, and account teams to identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure profitable growth across the client base in the Mid-Atlantic and adjacent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business-related or engineering field.
Must have established professional network in the Mid-Atlantic region with key stakeholders.
Proven track record of generating sales opportunities.
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with contract negotiation and execution.

Responsibilities

Proactively develops and maintains sustaining client relationships for opportunities.
Develop sales and execution plans; create persuasive presentations to win business.
Delivers results at or above forecasts; focuses on revenue growth and profitability.
Collaborates with BD leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Responds to RFPs and information requests; leads contract negotiation and signature.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales, accounting, logistics, and technical service.
Maintains the sales forecast and opportunity tracking system.
