Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style.
• Rread and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos, with the ability to write simple correspondence, instructions and will also have the ability to explain issues in a clear and basic format dealing with operational and mechanical systems.
• Have the ability to effectively communicate and present information with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the engineering staff to develop a high-performing team.
• Supporting building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering.
• Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for the engineering team.
• Managing the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to client facilities.
• Implementing and managing computerized maintenance management systems.
• Administering the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program.
• Developing and implementing training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of energy management programs.
