The role provides strategic and operational leadership for software engineering, application development, and systems integration to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant cloud/platform architecture leadership certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of software engineering or application development experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development teams across value streams.
• Set technical direction, standards, and practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Translate business outcomes into executable technology roadmaps and delivery strategy.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of technology capabilities with focus on reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with IT, legal operations, and business stakeholders to optimize value delivery.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and external development partners as needed.
• Develop and retain engineering leaders and manage performance and succession planning.
