You will partner with value stream leadership and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality capabilities that improve productivity, client experience, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Master's degree preferred in technology, business, or management-related discipline.
• Relevant cloud platform certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development across firmwide capabilities.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate business outcomes into executable technology roadmaps and delivery strategy with a product mindset.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery, balancing innovation with platform stability and debt reduction.
• Collaborate across IT to improve delivery flow and increase throughput and reliability.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party development resources.
