Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in software engineering or application development
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing multiple teams or portfolios
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development across value streams.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering practices to ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with IT, legal operations, and business stakeholders to translate outcomes into roadmaps and delivery strategy.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery balancing innovation, platform stability, and technical debt reduction.
• Oversee governance, metrics, and reporting for platform health and delivery outcomes.
