Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) in Menasha, WI seeks a Director of Engineering to lead Intelligent Systems R&D teams focusing on advanced simulation, AI, and optimization for distributed energy and power systems.

You will mentor engineers, bridge research and product, drive proposals and collaborations with universities, and guide multi-year projects from ideation to market-ready solutions, on-site at our Menasha office, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
10+ years of progressive engineering experience in an R&D environment.
Strong background in power system dynamics and digital control design.
Experience leading, guiding, and managing a team of engineers.
Ability to deploy AI/data analytics within engineering applications and IoT interfaces.

Responsibilities

Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary modeling and simulation team.
Drive the engineering lifecycle from ideation to market-ready product.
Lead AI/machine learning initiatives for product innovation and grid optimization.
Oversee project management, budgets, and resource scheduling.
Foster university partnerships and national lab relationships to accelerate innovation.
