Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related STEM field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering and R&D leadership experience.
• Strong background in system-level modeling and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, FEA, CFD).
• Proven personnel management with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience applying AI/ML and IoT within engineering applications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead modeling, AI, and simulation engineers in distributed energy domain.
• Drive product innovation from ideation to market-ready solutions for power systems.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives for system optimization and smart grid integration.
