Atria Senior Living, Inc. seeks a proactive program manager to oversee Engage Life activities for residents in our New York community. You will supervise instructors, volunteers, and drivers, manage event calendars, and ensure engaging programs that align with resident interests and company policies.

The role involves budgeting, community outreach, and occasional driving duties to support transportation logistics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Clear verbal communication with calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong performance management and documentation skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to meet community goals.
• Basic office equipment operation and tech literacy required.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements resident programs to enhance lives.
• Supervises Engage Life Program Instructors, volunteers, and drivers.
• Manages ARD tool, surveys, calendars, and move-in actions.
• Researches and approves community events per resident interests.
• Creates monthly program calendars by the first of each month.
• Leads program operations within departmental budgets.
• Recruits and schedules program leaders, volunteers, and vendors.
• Acts as manager-on-duty and handles transportation operations.
• Supports public relations and local publicity efforts.
