Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Ardsley, NY is seeking a proactive program supervisor to lead the Engage Life initiative. You will oversee instructors, volunteers and drivers while shaping engaging activities for residents and coordinating monthly calendars.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, collaborating with PR for local publicity, and acting as manager-on-duty. A bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of related experience is required, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–2 years related experience.
• Clear verbal communication; maintain positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong performance management skills with documentation of conversations and coaching.
• Demonstrated independent judgment to meet company goals and expectations.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic technology.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that engage residents and enhance active aging lifestyles.
• Manage and supervise Engage Life Program Instructors, volunteers and drivers.
• Oversee ARD tools, surveys, monthly calendars and move-in actions for Engage Life.
• Prepare and publish a creative monthly program calendar by the 1st of each month.
• Engage residents to promote program participation and community growth.
• Support public relations efforts and collaborate with corporate PR for local publicity.
• Manage departmental budgets, needs and goals; supervise staff and vendors.
• Act as manager-on-duty and oversee transportation operations and scheduling.
