Job summary

Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) is seeking a Manager of Employee Relations and Analytics to lead complex employee relations matters and deliver workforce analytics across TUS and RYN. You will advise senior leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and dispute resolution while driving data-informed decisions through HRIS data and dashboards.

Ideal candidates have a background in employee relations, investigations, and analytics, with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience with expertise in employee relations, investigations, or workforce data analysis.
Preferred certifications: SHRM, HRCI, IPMA, or similar.
Experience working in public or non-profit sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Conduct and oversee workplace investigations with objective, timely, and evidence-based conclusions.
Develop and maintain workforce reporting and analytics with dashboards and executive summaries.
Analyze turnover, retention, internal movement, performance, and other workforce indicators.
Maintain accuracy of HRIS data to support reporting and personnel records.
Monitor trends and collaborate with leadership to revise policies and procedures.
Coordinate emergency response activities and participate in ICS/NIMS protocols as needed.
