Job summary

Tucson International Airport is seeking a Manager of Employee Relations and Analytics to lead employee relations and workforce analytics. You will advise senior leaders, conduct investigations, and develop dashboards that translate data into strategic insights for hiring, retention, compensation, performance, and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in employee relations, investigations, or workforce analytics.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Develop workforce reporting and analytics with dashboards and executive summaries.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Support policy interpretation and training with People Operations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with stakeholders per ICS/NIMS.
