• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on employee relations.
• Experience conducting sensitive investigations under federal and CA law.
• Broad exposure in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, change management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into people strategies to drive performance and culture.
• Advise senior leaders on employee relations, performance management and risk mitigation.
• Lead complex investigations, policy interpretation and corrective actions with fairness and compliance.
• Coach leaders on ER best practices, difficult conversations and documentation.
