Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience conducting sensitive investigations with federal and California employment law.
• Broad exposure to talent management, leadership development, change management.
• Strong advisor to senior leaders during periods of change and growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; consensus-building.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to planning and execution.
• Restaurant/retail/hospitality experience preferred; franchise experience a plus.
• BS degree in business or HR; Master’s degree in HRM preferred.
