Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in HR with focus on benefits or employee experience.
• Experience managing others and coordinating benefits programs across multiple sites.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional communication skills.

• Own day-to-day administration of benefits programs (health, retirement, COBRA).
