Job summary
Fidelity is seeking a Director of Emerging Security Technologies to define and execute a multi-year strategy modernizing legacy security infrastructure with advanced capabilities. You will lead R&D, prototyping, and deployment of weapons detection, autonomous robotics, and video analytics at enterprise scale.
The role requires guiding technology roadmaps, managing strategic partnerships, and communicating with senior leadership to drive enterprise adoption and safety improvements.
Qualifications
- BS degree in CS or related software engineering field.
- 10+ years leading security technology, physical security, engineering, or innovation programs.
- Experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Experience evaluating, piloting, and operationalizing emerging technologies at enterprise scale.
- Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and influencing vendor roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Fidelity Global Security technology roadmap.
- Lead research, prototyping, deployment, and improvements of advanced security solutions.
- Establish strategic vendor partnerships and oversee PoC testing.
- Drive enterprise adoption of innovative security technologies.
- Align initiatives with Fidelity's business goals and regulatory requirements.
