Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology risk management within large financial services organizations.
• Proven leadership influencing senior executives and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of cloud native architectures, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, application security and database management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk oversight across Brokerage and Trade Management engineering.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and risk leaders to identify and manage technology risks.
• Evaluate control effectiveness and influence strategic decision-making.
• Advise technology and business executives on risk appetite, control effectiveness, and remediation strategies.
• Drive risk reporting, metrics, and analytics for executive decision-making and board visibility.
