Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical security technology.
• at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale deployments across multiple sites or geographies.
• Experience with video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, alarm platforms (cloud and on-prem).

Responsibilities

• Own the global physical security technology roadmap, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and sensor networks.
• Manage corporate real estate security technology projects.
• Evaluate, procure, and manage vendors and integrators across all major regions.
• Define standards and architecture for security technology deployments at company locations globally.
• Lead technology integration efforts — ensure interoperability with IT and operations.
• Partner with IT, facilities, e-commerce, and regional security teams to deliver consistent security tech environments.
• Drive innovation — piloting AI-based surveillance, biometric access, IoT sensors.
• Manage budgets for technology programs globally.
