Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to oversee the design and delivery of secure, scalable digital security access solutions for external facing applications, including MFA and SSO, with cloud-native AWS and modern front-end frameworks.

This role drives architectural strategy, leads cross-functional teams, and champions SSDLC, CI/CD, and DevSecOps to improve software quality and availability in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and enterprise security solutions for IAM and high-availability apps.
• Proven ability to design and deliver cloud-based CI/CD pipelines and secure architectures in a financial services context.

Responsabilités

• Translate business strategy into architectural recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional architecture design teams.
• Consult on major technology initiatives and deployments.
