You will build development programs, ensure competency, maintain physician satisfaction, and drive quality outcomes, budget performance, and staff engagement, partnering with the Chief Nursing Officer and VP Patient Care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and five years of healthcare operational experience in nursing leadership.
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice, education, administration, and service across ED nursing operations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based policies and programs in line with professional standards.
• Foster staff development, retention, recruitment, and professional competence of nursing teams.
• Drive quality outcomes, budget performance, physician and patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve high patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
