Memorial Hospital - North Georgia is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead and empower our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

You will guide Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals with accountability and confidence in communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed RN.
• 1–3 years minimum leadership experience.
• 5 years leadership experience in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in the establishment of Nursing and ancillary staff development programs to support the necessary skills needed to provide outstanding care to the patient population of CHI Memorial.
• Participate in the establishment and annual assurance of competencies for all patient care staff and monitor on an ongoing basis.
• Establish and maintain high levels of physician satisfaction for all services provided.
• Participate in the development and implementation of plans for nurse recruitment and retention.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Meet the compliance standards of various regulatory bodies which affect the provision of services, to include the Joint Commission, life safety, state, federal and other regulatory bodies.

• Registered Nurse: TN, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
