Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• RN license in OH/WV; BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote and be accountable for professional nursing practice in the span of control.
• Lead collaboration with nursing and non-nursing departments to meet goals.
• Drive evidence-based practice and establish standards for policies and education.
