CHS Career Site seeks an ED Manager to oversee daily operations, nursing care delivery, and staff management within the Emergency Department. The role emphasizes excellence in patient care, safety, and engagement with leadership to meet organizational goals.

The position requires strong leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient patient throughput in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or four+ years of direct experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily ED operations, patient flow, resource use and care delivery.
• Supervise nursing and support staff meeting standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Director and teams to meet department goals.
• Coordinate throughput, bed management, and reduce delays in care.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing issues with strong leadership.
• Perform other duties and maintain regular attendance.
