Jackson James is seeking a Director of eCommerce in Miami, initially remote, to lead the brand's next growth phase. You will own the Shopify experience, optimize conversion and AOV, and drive profitable scale across Amazon and retention channels.

The role requires hands-on CRO, a track record of scaling a DTC brand, and proficiency with Klaviyo or HubSpot for SMS/email marketing. Remote start with future Miami-based leadership build-out.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Shopify with a proven track record of scaling a DTC brand.

• Strong data-driven approach to CRO and improving metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Shopify site experience and customer journey.
• Drive conversion, AOV, and bundle/upsell strategy.
• Lead CRO/testing program focusing on mobile and checkout.
• Plan and execute promotions quickly and accurately.
• Manage Amazon listings, visibility, and profitability.
• Oversee retention via email and SMS to grow LTV.
• Own core metrics: conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, margin.
