Job summary

Jackson James, a fast-scaling beauty-tech company, is seeking a senior digital leader to own the DTC growth engine across revenue, margin, and strategic decisions.

You will drive cross-functional efforts across paid media, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and retention, and build robust systems with a small team and external agencies, while not managing day-to-day ad buys.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and scalable growth across new product categories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling a DTC brand.
• Strong CRO, testing, and lifecycle marketing background.
• Experience leading paid media at scale (Meta/Google).
• Experience managing teams, contractors, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Owns P&L for DTC revenue and margin.
• Sets acquisition strategy across paid channels and budgets.
• Leads creative testing engine and conversion optimization paths.
• Oversees retention, lifecycle campaigns, and CRM partnerships.
• Builds weekly scorecards, monthly forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
