Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own on-site and channel execution for a fast-growing DTC haircare brand. You’ll drive CRO on Shopify storefronts, optimize TikTok Shop and Amazon listings, and run Klaviyo email campaigns with a bias toward rapid iteration.

In this role you’ll partner with the Director of Growth and retention agency, executing moves that move metrics and actually matter. You’ll be hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable using AI tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a DTC ecommerce role, you’ve lived inside Shopify and know it cold.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience: you’ve built campaigns, managed flows, and pulled your own reporting.
• Worked on TikTok Shop in some capacity, even if not the primary owner.
• Basic Amazon Seller Central familiarity listing updates, A+ content, suppression troubleshooting.
• CRO mindset: you think about the customer journey, not just the task in front of you.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused you ship, you follow up, you close the loop.
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO for Shopify storefront, PDPs, collections, and checkout.
• Run A/B tests, interpret results, and optimize tools.
• Manage Shopify apps for upsell, reviews, bundles, and speed.
• Lead TikTok Shop PDP optimization and performance tracking.
• Execute Klaviyo email campaigns and flows end-to-end.
• Maintain SOPs, tooling, and platform integrations.
