Job summary

Europa Eyewear's eyebobs and AO Eyewear brands seek a Director of Ecommerce in Minneapolis to architect and execute a unified ecommerce strategy across DTC and Amazon channels. You will lead a cross-functional team, own revenue forecasts, and drive improvements in site experiences, CRM, and digital marketing to lift conversion and customer lifetime value.

You will partner with the VP of Marketing, manage external agencies, and foster innovation with analytics, UX, and technology roadmaps for two

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of ecommerce experience and 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience managing ecommerce for multiple brands or storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ecommerce strategy, platforms, partners, and execution for eyebobs and AO Eyewear.
• Own revenue performance and forecasts for DTC and Amazon channels.
• Develop onsite experiences and optimize user journeys to boost conversion.
• Lead CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programs to grow LTV.
• Manage external agencies and build in-house capabilities as the business scales.
• Partner with VP of Marketing to align ecommerce tactics with brand calendars.
• Deliver data-driven insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
