Job summary

Europa Eyewear is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to develop and execute the ecommerce strategy for eyebobs and AO Eyewear. You will lead a team across merchandising, performance marketing, and technology initiatives to grow sales, improve customer experience, and expand digital footprint.

Working with the VP of Marketing, you will own forecasts for DTC and Amazon, drive conversion and retention via CRM, and manage agency partners while deciding what to insource.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of ecommerce experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience managing ecommerce for multiple brands or storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ecommerce strategy and execution for eyebobs and AO Eyewear to meet sales objectives.
• Own revenue forecasting for DTC and Amazon channels and develop product/marketing roadmaps.
• Lead CRM, retention initiatives, and customer lifetime value programs across both brands.
• Manage external agencies and determine what to insource as the business scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and creative teams to optimize site experiences.
• Drive site performance, merchandising, and competitive analysis to maintain growth.
