Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in compensation or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate assigned staff and programs in human resources.
• Develop and monitor the district's compensation strategies and activities.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws, and school board policies.
• Oversee the job classification system; create and revise job descriptions; assign FLSA status.
