Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for principals and assistant principals.
• Coordinate professional development and support school improvement plans.
• Monitor SIP goals and district strategic plan targets.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align academic priorities.
• Oversee performance area functions to ensure policy compliance.
