Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 7 years.
• Experience in food service delivery in higher education or hotel and/or resort management.
• At least 5 years of experience must include supervision of full-time staff.
• All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsabilités

• Contract Management 20%: oversee the food service contract and ensure specifications are met.
• Financial Management 20%: monitor budgeting and meal plan sales projections.
• Administration 20%: manage program operations and reporting.
• Student Interaction 10%: engage with ECU students and constituents.
• Marketing 10%: support program promotions and offerings.
• Other Duties 20%: perform related duties as assigned.
