Job summary

This leader sets the multi‑year roadmap and partners across business, product, design, risk, and operations, while driving platform modernization and data‑driven decision making. The role is hands-on and requires strong security and API expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS or tech required.
• Hands-on technical depth; capable of reviewing architecture and code.
• Experience leading digital banking platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business cases for online and mobile banking and client dashboards.
• Lead architecture, design reviews, and production issue resolution for digital channels.
• Manage engineering teams, hiring plans, and performance standards; drive platform modernization and debt reduction.
• Ensure security, MFA, personal data protection, and regulatory alignment across the digital estate.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budget, and CI/CD delivery pipelines to meet committed outcomes.
