The role oversees IT budgets, vendor relationships, and the technology roadmap while driving AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, security, and customer experience across the bank. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of FFIEC guidance and banking regulatory expectations related to technology governance and security.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies, including AI tools, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Information Technology team.
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and governance.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across technology programs.
• Coordinate incident management, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity activities.
• Communicate initiatives and status to stakeholders across the organization.
