Job summary

Landmark National Bank seeks a Director of Technology to lead the bank's technology strategy, operations, and security posture. You will oversee infrastructure, governance, and initiatives that drive reliable, scalable IT capabilities aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include shaping multi-year roadmaps, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and guiding a high-performing IT team to deliver secure, compliant, and innovative solutions for employees and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressive Information Technology experience in infrastructure, security, governance, and operations.
• Three (3) years of leadership or management experience overseeing technology teams and priorities.
• Experience with FFIEC guidance, regulatory expectations, and risk management related to technology controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with bank strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee technology operations, governance, budget, vendor management, and access controls across the enterprise.
• Lead incident response, disaster recovery, change management, and audit readiness activities.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and business units to strengthen cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
